Temperature Control:
The room controller provides energy-saving control by intelligently managing the air conditioning system. It controls cooling/heating valves, fan speeds, and occupancy modes.
Lighting Control:
The controller manages the room’s lighting based on various modes. When the room is unoccupied, the lights remain off. Inserting the guest’s RFID card activates a welcome light. Removing the card turns off the lights after 30 seconds. The system also supports scenarios such as light dimming.
Access Control Using RFID Cards:
Each guest receives a tag with a unique code. There are three types of guest cards:
- When a guest checks in at the front desk, the card code is sent to the designated room controller with a defined validity period. When the guest checks out, the card is automatically or manually deactivated.
- This type of card can also grant access to other hotel facilities such as gyms, pools, or parking lots during the guest’s stay.
Maintenance Cards – used to open all doors, including service room doors. Each use of a maintenance card is logged and sent to the monitoring computer. Maintenance cards can be issued for housekeeping staff, maintenance personnel, and security staff, with different access levels.
Super User Cards – used to open all doors.
Front Desk Control:
The front desk management software provides a complete overview of each room, from the guest’s arrival to their departure. All room activities are monitored and logged in real time.
The system also transmits emergency signals such as intrusions or help requests, and all alerts are displayed live on the system.
